In an oncologist’s consulting room, various people hear they are going to die. They all have an incurable form of cancer and can only choose from life-prolonging treatments.

How Long? chronicles the inevitable journey towards death. How do you say goodbye to life while being treated to prolong your life? Hope and despair alternate in the decisions they have to make between the length or the quality of their lifes.

Their interactions with the oncologist are not only about medical details; they offer insights into their personal stories, backgrounds, and desires. As they grapple with their mortality, they confront choices: pursuing treatments, managing pain, trying different feeding methods until death inevitably approaches.
