The show must go on

The circus of the close-knit family Freidwald was a succes for generations. But now the spirit of age turned against them; the number of visitors decreases and the regulations are against their odds. To make matters even worse their elephant Buba - the crowd pleaser - is forced to leave the country as a result of a new law. Therefore, the family needs to reinvent their circus - and thus the family itself as well - all over again.

While mother Natascha (38) struggles dealing with the outside world that keeps opposing them and grandpa Lutz (58) is losing himself in an impossible battle to get back Buba, Sharon (11) is struggling with finding herself a new place. Her act with the elephant connected her with her grandfather. What will remain of this connection? And will she be able to compete against her older sister in her new act? Will she and her family succeed to revive the circus and maintain good relations within the family?
